Classic Yamaha

We have in stock a classic Yamaha XS 850 which is a good and very original example of Yamaha's most successful shaft drive triple. The XS 750 was voted Bike of the year in nineteen seventy six and it's successor the XS 850 solved a few of the seven fifty's teething problems to go on and remain in production for some ten years. In original black paintwork and with a pair of factory exhausts, this bike began life in the United States of America and was first registered in the United Kingdom in May nineteen eighty eight when it was sold by ourselves, classic Yamaha bikes. The air box is with the bike though K and N are fitted at present. The mileage indicated is 14,128. Our price is £1,499.

The Yamaha Motor Corporation is a sector of the Yamaha Corporation who makes pretty much everything from musical instruments, such as pianos and guitars to motor vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Yamaha are the world's second largest producer of motor bikes. Some classic Yamaha motor bikes are the Dragstar and the previous Virago which was actually the very first Japanese V Twin cruiser bike.

Our classic Yamaha bikes are normally road tested, serviced and passed a motor observation test before sale. Most of our stock dates from before 1986 and so will qualify for cheaper classic insurance. Contact us for further information on our range of classic Yamaha motorcycles.
