XK140 DHC - A june 1955 rhd car in its original colour scheme and the subject of a first class restoration by Lynx some years ago. It is a very original largely standard car with disc wheels and rimbellishers and benefits from a Lynx alloy rad and an electric fan. It retains the single exhaust system and overdrive [ Moss box]. Fitted with Avon Turbospeeds. Meticulously serviced every year by Chris Keith - Lucas who left Lynx to form his own company, CKL Ltd. He is widely acknowledged to be the leading world authority on C and D types. |

1960 150 DHC ,3.4. With overdrive. An exceptionally original example and particularly rare in being ordered with disc wheels as confirmed in Clausager's "Jaguar XK 140 & 150 in detail" on page 65 and also on the Heritage certificate. Only a handful of 150s were supplied without wires and hardly any survive ! It is a march 1960 home market Special Equipment model with overdrive,fog and spot lamps and twin stainless exhausts. It was supplied to South Devon Garages, Torquay by Henlys, London and the first owner was R.E.Shaw of Paignton, Devon. Chassis Number S 827535DN retains the original registration number, 144 ETT and is taxed and MOT'd. It is in excellent condition and is good to drive with a pleasant Moss box and a smooth operating overdrive. |

In two tone grey this fine Bentley was supplied new to Col. Evelin William Margesson whose military career took him to India and Africa and through the Great War. This lovely car was repainted and trimmed in the 1990s, has excellent chrome and was recently re-wired. She is in good original usable order and on her original registration number. |
